14-144 Theft From Motor Vehicle and Attempt Deception – Kent Town and Keswick

 

Police need help to identify two males who attempted to use a stolen bankcard at Keswick after it was stolen from Kent Town.

Between 6.30 am and 8.30 am on Friday, 22nd August, 2014, unknown persons have broken into a car parked in the carpark of The Tap Inn, on Rundle Street, Kent Town.  Stolen from the car was a bag containing cash and a bankcard.  At about 9.05 am on the same day the above two males have attempted to use the stolen bankcard to purchase goods to the value of $600, $500 and $100 at Officeworks on Anzac Highway, Keswick.  All of the transactions were declined.

The males are described as:

Male on left hand side of footage – Early thirties, medium to heavy build, clean shaven, with tattoos on both forearms with a skull forming part of tattoo on left forearm, wearing black baseball cap with large yellow logo on front and green stripes on peak, grey t-shirt with large blue logo on chest, black trousers, white rimmed sunglasses, multi coloured bracelets on left wrist and neck chain

Male on right hand side of footage – Early thirties, medium build and clean shaven, wearing brown or black baseball cap with a small white logo on front just above the peak on left hand side as you look at it, black jacket, plain black t-shirt and black trousers
