Assault – Bushman Hotel – Gawler

08/61TV – Police need help to identify a male who viciously assaulted other patrons at the Bushman Hotel, Gawler. Between 12 and 1am on Sunday November 23 2008 a male person launched a series of unprovoked attacks on others in the Hotel. One victim was knocked to the floor and then punched repeatedly whilst on the ground. Another person, who came to the aid of the victim, was then assaulted by the same male who punched the second victim in the face. The person responsible for the attacks is described as Caucasian, mid to late 20’s, about 183cms tall, solid build, light coloured ‘crew cut’ hairstyle with a rats tail at the rear. The male was seen on CCTV to have a large tattoo on his chest. At the time he was wearing a T-shirt (which was removed during the night), a dark blue long sleeved hooded jacket (adidas brand) with three stripes down the arms and a wide stripe at the rear with an adidas symbol. The inside of the hood is grey in colour. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
