Serious Criminal Trespass – Gawler East

Between 12.30pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday 9th June 2021 the victim’s house in GAWLER EAST was broken into and a significant amount of property was stolen from inside the house and shed. Property stolen from the address included a dark leather covered wooden box containing approximately 12-15 WWI and WWII war medals, one of which was an engraved distinguished service cross. Also within the box of medals was a large bronze WWI ‘death medal plaque’ in the original box with a signed letter from King George, military photographs and lapel badges. Other stolen items included two BH Emotion electric bicycles with Top Peak rear carriers, Hitachi power tools and a large amount of jewellery. A newer model black BMW coupe and a blue utility were sighted in the vicinity of the break in.
