Aggravated Robbery – Windsor Gardens (21-41)

At about 3.33 a.m. on Tuesday 25th May 2021, a male entered the gaming room of the Windsor Hotel, 410 North East Road Windsor Gardens, jumped the bar and produced a small hunting knife. Two staff were working at the time and managed to activate the holdup alarm after the male jumped the bar. The male stole cash from the till, before he left on foot running through the carpark and was last seen running south on Albert Street. It is suspected that the male left the area in a smaller hatch back vehicle which left Albert Street and was last seen on Stanfield Avenue.
The male is described as being 180-185cms tall, medium build and he was wearing a long sleeve hooded jumper, black pants, black shoes. He was wearing a black face mask/covering and was carrying what witnesses describe as a hunting knife.
