Illegal Interference / Theft / Deception – Myrtle Bank / Erindale (21-04)

In the early hours of Monday 10th February 2020, a vehicle was broken into whilst parked in the driveway of a house at Myrtle Bank. Stolen from the vehicle was a wallet that contained cash and credit cards. The stolen credit cards were then used at various stores including Coles at Firle, OTR at Tranmere and OTR at Erindale, with total value of items purchased approximately $900. CCTV has been obtained showing a male riding a bicycle up to OTR at Erindale and use the stolen credit cards to purchase groceries, sweets and drinks.
The male is described as being in his 40’s, Caucasian, muscular build, dimpled cheeks, short light hair and has a distinctive tattoo just above the elbow on his right arm.
