Serious Criminal Trespass and Theft – Rosslyn Park (20-64)

Between Saturday, 6th June, 2020 and Thursday, 6th August, 2020, an unoccupied premises under renovation on Rawson Penfold Drive, Rosslyn Park, was broken into. The rear door to the house was jemmied to gain access. A safe located in the premises was broken into with tools and jewellery (pictured) to the value of $387,000 and $10,000 in cash was stolen. The items of jewellery that were stolen included unique and designer pieces which are of significant sentimental value to the owner.
