At about 2.35 pm on Sunday, 7th August, 2016, the pictured female entered Connor Clothing in Rundle Mall, Adelaide and stole several t-shirts. She placed the t-shirts under her jacket and left the store. The shop assistant followed the female out of the shop and confronted her in Rundle Mall to recover the stolen items. The female kicked the shop assistant several times to the thighs and left calf. She then spat at the shop assistant hitting the shop assistant on the forehead. The female told the shop assistant “I’ll bash you” before dropping some of the stolen items and leaving the area. The shop assistant suffered pain to the thighs and calf and was very shaken up by the incident.
The female is described as: aged 40-50 years, 170 cm (5’7″), approximately 70 kg, medium to large build, Aboriginal, missing front teeth, with brown/orange hair in a low bun, wearing a red jacket and has a scruffy appearance.
