14-111 Assault – Adelaide

Police need help to identify a man who assaulted a shop owner in Adelaide.

At about 4.05 pm on Wednesday, 20th August, 2014, the above male travelled from Salisbury to Adelaide on the train. Once in Adelaide he went to a mobile phone repair shop to collect a phone. On receiving the phone from the shop owner he ran away with the phone and did not pay for the repairs. The shop owner then chased the man and caught up with him a short distance away, where the above male threatened the shop owner with a Swiss Army knife.

The male is described as: 25-35 years, stocky build, Caucasian, shaved hair and has facial stubble, wearing all dark clothing.
