14-52 Assault – Gawler Train

Police need help to identify a male who assaulted another passenger on the Gawler train.

At about 12.30 pm on Wednesday, 5th March, 2014, the victim and his friend boarded the Gawler train at the Salisbury Interchange. During the train journey the above male assaulted the victim by spitting and punching him. The male got off the train at the Elizabeth Railway Station.

The male is described as: 20-25 years, 170 cm (5’7″), medium build, African, with shaved dark hair and clean shaven, wearing a red t-shirt and red jeans.
