14-99 Damage, Offensive Behaviour – Bus 252 Croydon
On Thursday afternoon, 24th July 2014, a man got on the 252 bus on King William Street Adelaide. At about 1.35 pm the bus stopped at stop 16 Torrens Road Croydon, which is a timed stop. The man began shouting down the bus using foul language and abusing the driver. This went on for a few minutes and the driver radioed for assistance. At this point the male got out of his seat and took a swing at the centre bus doors with his elbow, causing all the glass to shatter. The man was in company with an older woman.
The male was Caucasian, 162-165 cm tall, 40-50 yrs, balding/thin on top and a bit longer at the back with grey highlights, wearing dark baggy pants, a red top with Holden badges on the arm, chest and back, and a quilted fur lined hat. He also had a bum bag on.
