AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CAUSE HARM / PROPERTY DAMAGE – PROSPECT

 

11-116    Police need help to identify the pictured male and the person who was driving the car pictured above.

At 4.55am on Sunday 26 December 2010 the victim was stopped at the intersection of Fitzroy Tce and Prospect Rd PROSPECT when a male got out of the passengers front door of the pictured Holden Commodore.  He came to the victim’s window holding a metal pole, the victim drove off activating a red light camera.  The Holden Commodore followed and a minute later caught up with the victim and began to overtake.

The pictured male leant out of the passenger side window of the Commodore and smashed the victim’s drivers door window, causing injuries to the victims face.

The male that caused the damage and injury is described as caucasian, about 25 years old, 175-180cms tall, medium build with short collar length brown hair.  He was wearing a light check shirt, blue denim jeans and had a black extendable baton or pole.  He was also smoking at the time.
