Aggravated Robbery – Allison St – Ascot Park
09/56TV – Police need help to identify four (4) men of African appearance who committed a robbery in Ascot Park. At about 8.30pm on Thursday August 27 2009 a female was robbed of personal property on Allison St Ascot Park. The victim and four (4) men had been travelling on the 241 bus from the City to Ascot Park. They were not travelling together but got of at Stop 18 on Adelaide Tce Edwardstown. The four men grabbed the victim before stealing her backpack and contents. The men were all described as African – about 18-20 years old with dark complexions. Two of them were wearing white checked shirts, another a red shirt and red beanie and the last was wearing a white shirt. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
