Aggravated Robbery – Block Buster – Para Vista

09/57TV – Police need help to identify a male who robbed the Block Buster Video Store – Para Vista Shopping Centre. At 7.47pm on Wednesday September 16 2009 a lone male entered the Block Buster Video Store, Nelson Rd, Para Vista Shopping Centre. He was armed with a blood filled syringe, threatened staff and demanded money. The man ran off after receiving an amount of money from the terrified staff member. He was described as about 40 years old, 175cms tall, stocky build, brown facial hair with an Australian accent. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black and grey jumper, dark tracksuit pants with dark sunglasses. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
