Aggravated Serious Criminal Trespass & Theft – Underdale (20-72)

At 3:35 pm, Monday 25 May 2020, the victim was home when he heard noises coming from his kitchen.  He then observed a male and a female running away from his house, down his driveway and into the street.  The victim chased the two suspects north along Pearse Street, Underdale, where he managed to grab hold of the male suspect’s jacket.  The victim demanded they return his property.  They claimed they had not taken anything.  The victim continued to follow them along Norman Street and observed them turn north onto Sherriff Street before he lost sight of them.  On returning to his house, the victim noticed a drawer in the kitchen buffet was partially open and cash was missing from it.
