Aggravated Theft – Modbury

07/32TV – Holden Hill Police need your help to identify two men who stole liquor and threatened staff of the Modbury Plaza Hotel on August 13 2007. The two males were caught on surveillance camera stealing alcohol from the Bottle Shop when staff confronted them. A bottle was broken during a scuffle and one of the offenders threatened staff with the broken bottle. Both men then ran off with the remaining spirits valued at $200. The offenders are described as (1) Caucasian, late teens, slim build, tall and lanky, wearing blue jeans dark hooded top with lighter sleeves and writing on the front. (2) Caucasian, late teens, slim build, shorter than the first man, long reddish hair, wearing blue jeans, long sleeved shirt with a short sleeved black top, and a distinctive black and white checked hat.
