Arson – Salisbury (19-71)

At about 12.35 am on Friday, 11th October, 2019 a witness who was driving passed, saw smoke coming from the roof of a house at 30A Commercial Road, Salisbury and notified MFS. On arrival of MFS and police the premises were well engulfed by fire with no persons inside. The fire was extinguished by MFS. As a result there is significant structural damage within the premises with estimated damage value to be $150,000. The premises is owned by SA Housing and had been vacant for several months. An adjoining premises at 30B Commercial Road, Salisbury was also vacant having been subjected to an arson on Saturday, 17th August, 2019.
