Assault – River Torrens Weir (16-11)
Between 4.25 pm and 4.35 pm on Monday 2nd November 2015 a thirteen year old victim was walking on a path on the southern side of the river Torrens, immediately adjacent to the Torrens River Weir gate, opposite the Red Ochre Grill restaurant.
At this time the victim was approached by an unknown male who grabbed the victim on the wrist. the victim broke free and ran off to seek help. The victim was not physically injured.
Description:
male aged late 30’s to early 40’s 6 foot (182cm) medium build, tanned complexion, caucasian, brown short but bushy goatie style beard, thin eyebrows, chubby face and speaks with an Australian accent, wearing a dirty white T shirt, blue baggy jeans and old sneakers.
