Attempt Robbery – Sefton Park
11-03 Police need help to identify a male who attempted to rob the victim at Sefton Park.
At about 8.20 am on Thursday, 16th December, 2010, the victim withdrew money from the BankSA ATM at the Northpark Shopping Centre, Prospect. The victim was then followed by an unknown male from the ATM to Park St, Sefton Park, where the victim was approached by the male suspect, who asked for directions. The male suspect has then stated to the victim "I have a syringe here give me your wallet." The victim refused and the male suspect ran away.
The male is described as: approx. 30 years, 6 foot tall, about 100 kgs, stocky build and Caucasian, wearing dark coloured tracksuit pants, cream hoody jumper with hood pulled up and a dark coloured t-shirt over the top of the cream hoody jumper.
