Attempted Aggravated Robbery – Parafield Gardens

08/23TV – Police need assistance to identify two men who attempted to rob the Saff Service Station at Parafield Gardens on December 24 2007. At 11.25pm two males went to the service station, one stayed outside whilst the other entered. He demanded money from staff and produced a meat cleaver from a satchel, threatening staff. The attendant refused to hand over money and the male left empty handed. The suspects are described as 1. male, Caucasian, aged between 16 – 18 years, 165 – 170cms tall, 70kgs, clean shaven and was wearing a hooded jumper with black and grey horizontal stripes, black shorts and black sneakers. He was carrying a dark coloured satchel. 2. Male, about 165cms tall, slim build, wearing a white hooded jumper, blue shorts, white sneakers with black laces and a black balaclava.
