Credit Card Deception – Adelaide, Gepps Cross & Salisbury
The victim lost his wallet in the city on Saturday 24th August 2013. Between 6.20 pm and 9.00 pm that day the victim’s paywave credit card was used at Jackpots & Club X on Hindley St Adelaide; Thirsty Camel on Bank St, Adelaide; BWS, Main North Rd, Gepps Cross; BWS, Eureka Hotel, Salisbury; KFC, Salisbury; and BWS, Commercial Hotel, Salisbury. Alcohol was the main item purchased, totalling approximately $576.
The male is described as Caucasian, approx 40 yrs, medium build, with short brown hair. He was wearing blue jeans, white sneakers, a blue & white horizontal striped T-shirt, and a dark hooded jacket which was worn undone.
