Crime Prevention Message – Vehicle Thefts (17-74)

                   

Police would like to remind the community that thieves are not only targeting vehicles, but also houses to find vehicle keys to steal cars.  So to reduce your chances of becoming a victim the SAPOL State Community Engagement Section has compiled a list of crime prevention tips that are available to the public, as well as producing a ‘HandsOff’ sticker that can be displayed on vehicle windows to ward off thieves, and to remind vehicle owners to remove valuables and lock up.
