At approximately 8.30 a.m. on Sunday, 28 March 2004, infant Dylan Robert James Lindsay (1 year) was located deceased at an address in Ellen Street Port Lincoln. Dylan had visible abdominal injuries and had been the victim of a serious assault. An unknown person had attempted to disguise Dylan’s injuries by using a texta to cover the bruising and marks.
Two persons were charged with his murder but those charges were later dismissed.
