Josef Dressler
Rewards up to $200,000 will be paid by the Government of South Australia, at the discretion of the Commissioner of Police, to anyone who provides information and assistance that leads to the conviction of the person or persons responsible for the suspected murder of Josef Dressler.

On 3 March 1966 Josef Dressler, aged 43 years, was shot and killed at the Hendon Hotel, Tapleys Hill Road, Hendon.Mr Dressler was residing at the Hendon Hotel at this time, when in the early morning he disturbed two intruders who had broken into the hotel. During a brief altercation Mr Dressler was shot and killed.
One male was arrested for this shooting, but after consideration of the matter the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions discontinued the charge. A second suspect was identified, but he is now deceased.
