Murder – Maria Luis (19-33)

Murder Victim Maria LUIS

At about 5.00 pm on Friday, 7^th December, 2018, Maria LUIS, a 61 year old woman, was found in her home at 68 Goodman Ave, Kilburn with multiple stab wounds to the upper body.  She was pronounced deceased at her home address by SAAS paramedics.  The offender was initially unknown.  CCTV footage viewed later that evening identified a female attending the address at about 4.50 pm this date, then leaving three minutes later.  That female was identified as the suspect who resided nearby.  She was subsequently arrested at her home address at about 10.50 pm on this date. 

*****Police are seeking a male person (pictured) who was seen to attend the victim’s premises at 68 Goodman Ave, Kilburn, at about 4.20 pm on the afternoon of Friday, 7^th December, 2018.  He walked from the east and remained at the house for about a minute and left walking back to the east.  This person was wearing an orange t-shirt and white shorts.  He is NOT considered to be a suspect, or even involved in the murder.  Police believe he may have been the last person to see Maria LUIS alive.  Police are asking for this person to contact Major Crime investigators.  HE SHOULD BE 100% CONFIDENT THAT HE HAS NOTHING TO FEAR FROM COMING FORWARD. *****
