Sexual Assaults – Wynn Vale Dam

 

11-31 Police need help to identify a male who has sexually assaulted two female victims.

At about 12.15 pm on Saturday, 8th May, 2010 an 11 year old female victim was walking on the footpath of Park Lake Dr, Wynn Vale when the male, driving a car, stopped alongside her.  The male got out of the car and walked towards the female victim and grabbed her from behind.  He then pushed her into bushes on the side of the footpath and sexually assaulted her.  The male returned to his vehicle and drove away in an unknown direction.

At about 7.30 pm on Saturday, 16th October, 2010 a 49 year old female victim was walking her dog along a dirt path next to the Wynn Vale Dam, when a male walked past her in the same direction and walked off ahead of her.  A short time later the female victim saw the same male walking back towards her.  She turned around to walk in the opposite direction and was grabbed from behind and felt a hand go around her mouth.  The male sexually assaulted her before the victim screamed causing the male to flee.

The males are described as:

1.  Male, mide to late thirties, 6′ (183 cm), Caucasian, solid build, tanned skin, short brown hair, bushy dark brown eyebrows, bloodshot hazel eyes, clean shaven, deep voice, with alcohol breath and wearing baggy dark denim jeans and red t-shirt.

This male was driving a light blue four door sedan, with gold rims, tinted windows, with a sports car appearance similar to a Mitsubishi Lancer or Subaru Impreza.

2.  Male, twenty to thirty years, 6′ (183 cm), Caucasian, average build, with dark short hair and smelling strongly of cigarettes and wearing a blue t-shirt.
