First female Chairperson elected – Sharon Hanlon

Ms Hanlon first joined the Board in 2011, offering extensive corporate governance experience from having served as a director on a number of public and private sector boards and sub-committees, including in chair and deputy chair roles, and as a long-standing member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
