Information provided to Crime Stoppers SA throughout January 2018 resulted in:

  • Seizure of more than 70 cannabis plants and about 3.5kg of dried cannabis;
  • Shutting down of a clandestine drug lab and discovery of nearly 60 grams of methamphetamine;
  • Recovery of three stolen vehicles;
  • Confiscation of 10 firearms;
  • Recovery of an arsenal of other weapons and drug equipment, including ammunition, batons, knives, and other weapons; and
  • Charging of 45 people with an array of serious offences, including a number of significant drug and weapons charges.
