Serious Criminal Trespass and Theft, Edinburgh

Posted on 14/11/2023

At 3.10am on Sunday, 24th September 2013 an unknown male gained access into a carpark of a Edinburgh business by jumping a fence.

The suspect smashed a fixed glass window to gain access to an office building on-site.

The suspect rummaged through the office space and stole three new computers before driving off with another suspect in a dark coloured sedan.

Both suspects returned a short time later and one suspect entered the premises with a container of accelerant and spread it throughout the building. The second suspect then set the accelerant alight, activating the sprinkler system and subsequently causing substantial damage to the property.

Both suspects appear to be male and are described as wearing dark coloured jackets and face coverings.
