Rewards up to $1,000,000 will be paid by the Government of South Australia, at the discretion of the Commissioner of Police, to anyone who provides information and assistance that leads to the conviction of the person or persons responsible for the suspected murder of Heather Turner.
REWARD up to $1,000,000
On Friday 16 January 1998, Heather Turner, aged 16 years, left her home at Largs Bay and did not return at the agreed time. She was sighted at Semaphore later that day and again on Saturday 17 January 1998. She was last believed to be seen attending a house in Davoren Park.
On Saturday 31 January 1998, Heather’s body was found partly submerged in a creek at Port Gawler. It is unknown what actually occurred prior to death but it appears Heather was violently assaulted.
