11-81 Robbery – Torrens Park

11-81 Police need help to identify a male who robbed another person at Torrens Park.

Between 6.15 pm and 6.20 pm on Friday, 29th July, 2011, the victim was walking to their car after work, which was parked on Princes Rd, Torrens Park. As they were about to enter their car the male suspect approached from behind and snatched the victim’s handbag from under their arm and ran away. The handbag and purse were later discovered in nearby shrubbery, minus money.

He is described as: Male, 180 cm (5’11”), 80 kg, Caucasian, with short dark hair, wearing dark pants and a cream coloured woollen jumper.
