12-85TV Indecent Behaviour – Windsor Gardens
Police need help to identify a male who indecently exposed himself.
At about 3.50 pm on Monday, 4th June, 2012, a female teenager was riding her pushbike along the linear bike trail, near Bradley Rd, Windsor Gardens, when she rode past a person walking towards her. As she got closer to the person, she saw that they were a male and that he was exposing himself to her.
The male is described as: approx. 50-60 years, 165 cm (5’5″), 75 kg and Caucasian, wearing a pink beanie and long black pants.
