13-107 Aggravated Robbery – Halfway Hotel Beverley
Police need help to identify this male who robbed staff at the Halfway Hotel.
At about 12.20 am on Tuesday, 17th September 2013, a lone male robbed the Halfway Hotel at Port Road, Beverley. The male entered the hotel via the front entrance and approached the gaming area counter, where he threatened a male staff member with a knife and demanded money. The offender was handed an amount of cash, which he placed into a green fabric shopping bag. He then fled the hotel via the same entrance and left the scene in a pale coloured 4 door sedan, possibly a Ford Falcon or Holden Commodore.
The male is described as caucasian, mid 30’s-40 yrs, 175-180 cm tall, solid build. He was wearing a dark blue long sleeved top the upper half of the torso being a flourescent yellow, a maroon hoodie (under the long sleeved top) with the hood up, a dark coloured cap (under the hoodie), dark sunglasses, grey or pale blue pants, grey socks, dark gloves and no shoes.
