13-91 Indecent Behaviour – Reject Shop Marion Shopping Centre

     

Police need help to identify a male who behaved in an indecent manner towards children in a store.

At about 1.15 pm on the 12th November, 2011 the above male approached a three year old female child, who was in a trolley, in the Reject Shop at Marion Shopping Centre, whilst the mother of the child was looking at something in the store.  The child has told her mother that the male had behaved in an indecent manner towards her.  The male was seen by the mother to turn around with his hands in front of his pants, join the checkout line, then leave the store.

At about 4.25 pm on Monday, 24th December, 2012, the same male has approached a nine year old female child, in the same store, and behaved in an indecent manner in front of the child.  The male was confronted by the child’s mother and stopped his behaviour before walking off.

The male is described as:  aged in his fifties to sixties, 175 cm (5’9″), stocky to overweight build with a protruding stomach, Caucasian with receding grey hair.
