Aggravated Robberies – Whyalla, Smithfield and Glynde
New Whyalla Hotel – On 8 August 2019, a stolen grey Nissan Skyline sedan parked outside the New Whyalla Hotel. Three males exited the vehicle and entered the gaming room wearing masks and armed with weapons. One male jumped the counter and entered an office stealing a large amount of cash.
Chemist Warehouse Smithfield – On 25th September 2019 a male entered the Chemist Warehouse Smithfield, produced a handgun, pointed it toward staff and demanded cash. He decamped with a sum of money.
Glynde Hotel Glynde – On 3 January 2020 two males entered the Glynde Hotel gaming room, one armed with a small axe and the other with a sawn of shotgun. The male armed with the axe jumped the bar whilst the male armed with the shotgun aimed it at patrons and staff. The male armed with the axe took two till from two registers. The males exited the gaming room via the sliding entrance doors before entering a dark coloured dual cab utility.
New Whyalla Hotel – Suspect 1 Male, tall slim wearing blue jumper, denim jeans and black sandshoes.
Suspect 2 Male average height slim wearing maroon jumper, blue Dakota track pants and black/white shoes carrying a hammer
Suspect 3 Male average height slim wearing a black jacket, khaki coloured pants and black shoes carrying a large sledgehammer
Chemist Warehouse Smithfield – Male suspect, caucasian approximately 5 foot 9 average build, wearing black hooded long sleeved jumper, grey pants and dark coloured sneakers. He had dark coloured balaclava covering his face and was wearing dark coloured gloves.
Glynde Hotel – Suspect 1 – Male carrying shotgun dressed in all black 175cm tall believed to be wearing a balaclava and black Nike shoes with white swoops.
Suspect 2 – Male carrying a wooden handled axe, wearing black gloves with rubber palms and safety markings carrying a satchel. Dressed in dark grey faded black jumper with a large motif on the chest, appeared to have a black hoodie underneath with a hood overhead. He was wearing a face mask or scar in dark black or navy blue filigree pattern.
