Aggravated Robbery – JR’s Surf and Ski Rundle Mall (19-26)
At about 3.00 pm on Tuesday, 30th January, 2018, a shop assistant was working in JR’s Surf and Ski at Myer Centre City, in Rundle Mall, Adelaide, when they were approached by the above male who asked to look at a watch. The shop assistant was adjusting the strap on the male when he took out two more watches from the cabinet. The male then threatened and pushed the shop assistant causing them to lose their balance and fall into the cabinet. The male then ran out of the store concealing the watches in the pockets of his jacket wiithout paying for them. The watches that were stolen were two Nixon 5130 watches and a Sentry SS watch, all valued at over $1,000.
The male is described as: Middle twenties, approximately 170 cm (5’7”), medium build, possibly Middle Eastern to African appearance, with short black hair, wearing grey shorts and a dark coloured hoodie zip up jacket.
