Arson – Paralowie (17-09)

         

At about 11.30 pm on Wednesday, 17th August, 2016, a house at 5 Mildara Avenue, Paralowie was destroyed by fire which had been deliberately lit.  Damage to the house and contents is estimated to be in the vicinity of $150,000.  The resident and her two children were not present at the time of the fire. 

CCTV footage from a neighbour’s house shows the above vehicle, a Commodore Station Wagon, enter the street and stop near the house.  People are seen to leave the vehicle and then return to the vehicle shortly after.  The vehicle then leaves the street.  Moments later, after the vehicle has left, the glow of flames can be seen in the windows of surrounding properties.
