Anne Roberts, aged 20 years, was found murdered in her flat at Emerson Road, Blackforest on 16 September 1979. She had returned home from a night out in the city.
She died as a result of head injuries sustained by a brick which was placed back into its position in the car park of the flats.
It would appear it was a spontaneous attack. She had been raped prior to her death.
