At about 11.35pm on Friday 2nd December 2022, the victim in this matter has had an altercation with 3 members of the public and has asked them to leave. While escorting them outside the premises, one of the 3 members of the public began to threaten the victim. One of the males pushed the victim and the other one kicked out at the victim whilst the female has lunged at him and swung a punch in his direction. All 3 of the people ran out of the premises making threats that they would return. The victim has suffered soreness to the right side of his jaw and neck.

The first male is described as Aboriginal, 5 foot 9 inches, skinny build, medium complexion, short brown wavy hair and a trimmed brown beard. He was wearing a light green t-shirt with a white Calvin Klein logo on the front, light blue board shorts and black sneakers.

The female is described as Aboriginal 5 foot 3 inches, skinny build, medium complexion, long brown hair tied in a ponytail, wearing yellow, black and white Champion jumper, black track pants, grey baseball cap and black sneakers.

The third male is described as Aboriginal, dark complexion, 5 feet 10 inches, solid build, short black hair and a full black beard, wearing a black long sleeve top with a white logo on the back, grey track pants and a red baseball cap.
