Attempt Aggravated Robbery – Seacliff Park (21-24)

At about 6.30 p.m. on Thursday 4th March 2021, the victim was in the Foodland at Seacliff Park when there was an exchange of words with another male. The other male leaves the Foodland first and waits outside for the victim. More words were exchanged and the victim walks away in front of the chemist on Seacombe Road carrying a shopping bag. The male rides his bike next to the victim and produces a knife. Demands money and makes threats, before slashing the knife across the shopping bag the victim is carrying. He then rode away towards Brighton Road.

The male is described as Caucasian, 30’s, thin-medium build, wearing a blue baseball hat, black long sleeved top, black shorts with white edging and wrap around sunnies. He was riding a gold or yellow bike.
