Rewards up to $200,000 will be paid by the Government of South Australia, at the discretion of the Commissioner of Police, to anyone who provides information and assistance that leads to the conviction of the person or persons responsible for the suspected murder of Gail King (and/or leading to the location and recovery of the victim’s remains).

Missing presumed murdered
Gail King, aged 28 years, was last seen alive at Minlaton on the York Peninsula on 7 July 1997. She was reported missing by her de-facto partner on 8 July 1997 when he returned to the family home at Brahma Lodge. They had two children together, and it is believed she was pregnant at the time she went missing.
Ms King’s car was located in the driveway of her home address, however it was never established whether she had entered the house.
Police suspect that she has been murdered.
