Serious Criminal Trespass, Illegal Use and Arson – North Park Shopping Centre (18-03)

At about 2.20 am on Sunday, 10th September, 2017, the above two males attended the North Park Shopping Centre at 264 Main North Road, Prospect, in a stolen vehicle, a blue 2013 Holden Captiva SUV.  The two males removed a bollard from the front door of the shopping centre and then rammed the stolen vehicle through the front doors, crashing into the shop front of the Be A Sport store located inside the shopping centre.  A large amount of clothing was stolen from the store that included:  Henley men’s jumpers, ASIC men’s jumpers, Adidas jumpers and Adidas men’s track pants.  The stolen vehicle that was used for the ram-raid was later located burnt out.

The males are described as:

• Male One – medium to heavy build, wearing a black hoody with white writing on the front (PUMA), black trousers, black trainers and white tradie gloves
• Male Two – medium build, wearing a black hoody with no marks, dark blue jeans, white and black Nike Air Max trainers and white tradie gloves
