Aggravated robbery – Modbury North

At 6.08am on Wednesday, 4^th October 2023 two males entered a service station at Modbury North and confronted an employee while they were restocking shelves.

The first suspect threatened the victim with a knife and demanded that the till be opened.

When the till was opened, the first suspect took the small amount of cash it contained.

The second suspect remained near the entrance to the service station during the incident. While the first suspect grabbed the money, the second suspect yelled something before both ran from the store.

Suspect One is described as male, Caucasian, approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall, about 20-25 years old with a slim build. At the time he was wearing a white/silver hoodie with the hood over his head, blue latex gloves, a black reusable mask covering his face, black tracksuit pants. He was armed with a knife that was approximately 20-30cm long.

Suspect Two was male, Caucasian, approximately 5 foot 9 or 10 inches tall with a slim build. He was wearing a dark coloured hoodie with the hood over his head, black track pants, black sneakers and a black reusable mask covering his face.

Polcie have already received anonymous information about this robbery from the community and have asked for those people to contact Crime Stoppers again to clarify aspects of their information.
