Aggravated Serious Criminal Trespass and Theft – Adelaide

At 3pm on Saturday, 9th December 2023 the victim was at an apartment on Waymouth Street, Adelaide when the doorbell rang.

Thinking it was someone they knew, the victim buzzed the person in and then answered the door. A man allegedly forced his way into the apartment, threatened the victim with a knife and demanded cash. He left the building with an amount of cash and was last seen heading toward Young Street.

The victim was not physically injured.

The suspect is described as being a male of Asian appearance, aged in his 20’s to late 30’s and of a large build. At the time he was wearing a dark blue baseball cap, dark blue jumper, black shorts and white Under Armour slides, carrying a large green satchel bag over his shoulder.
