Assault – Seaton

At 4.40pm on Sunday, 25th February 2024, the victim was walking along Parker Avenue at Seaton when an altercation occurred with a group of unknown people.

As the victim approached, a man from the group confronted the victim and punched him in the face, causing him to fall backwards.

The suspect then kicked the victim before he was able to get up. The suspect then fled the scene.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The suspect is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, aged between 20-30 years old, and at the time was wearing a baseball cap, black t-shirt and blue shorts.
