Assault Causing Harm – Rundle Mall, Adelaide

At 12:40am on Sunday, 12th December 2021, police responded to the eastern end of Rundle Mall following reports about an unresponsive 20-year-old male who had been assaulted.

The injured man was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where he was treated for life threatening injuries.

Shortly after the assault, a Caucasian male with short dark hair, wearing a chequered button-down shirt, and dark pants was seen to run east toward Rundle Street.

The man was caputed on CCTV and the community is asked to help identify this person or provide information about the assault.
