Molotov cocktail incident – Salisbury Downs

At 6.30am on Wednesday, 14th June 2023, a male was caught on CCTV throwing a Molotov cocktail at a home on Leslie McIntyre Ave, Salisbury Downs.

While the family was home at the time, no major damage was caused because the fire self-extinguished.

CCTV shows the suspect arrive in a dark coloured mid-sized SUV with silver roof racks, possibly a Holden Captiva. The car’s number plate was covered as it entered the street.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers, especially anyone who has dashcam footage from Waterloo Corner Road and Salisbury Highway in the area of Paralowie and Salisbury Downs on the morning of Wednesday, 14th June 2023, between 6am and 7am.
