Serious criminal trespass and arson – Norwood

Just after 1am on Tuesday, 7 April 2026, police and fire crews were called to a warehouse on Beulah Road, Norwood, following reports of a fire.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the deliberately lit blaze, however the building sustained extensive damage.

CCTV captured three people arriving in a dark-coloured hatchback on Beulah Road before later leaving the scene in the same vehicle, travelling towards Fullarton Road.

The three suspects are believed to be male. Two were wearing long pants, while the third was wearing shorts. All were wearing hooded tops, sneakers and what appear to be face coverings.
