Serious criminal trespass and theft – Port Augusta

At 5am on Saturday, 5 October 2024, two people entered an apartment complex on the Wharflands Esplanade at Port Augusta and broke into two units and three vehicles.

A number of personal items were stolen including handbags and credit cards.

CCTV shows two suspects walking through the complex and its carpark trying door handles on several vehicles.

Suspect One is described as about 150cm tall with a slight stature, wearing a green long sleeve top, black vest with a hood, a pair of white gloves, black pants and white shoes. The second suspect is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall with a thin build, wearing a black hooded jumper with a red print on the front, white gloves, black pants, white shoes and a satchel with a red/orange colour strap.
