Assault – Munno Para

Can you help identify a man allegedly involved in an assault at Munno Para in October 2024?

Just after 3.30pm on Monday, 21 October 2024, a woman was sitting in her car on Peachey Road when an unknown man approached her. The man attempted to pull her from the car after spraying her in the face with an aerosol can. A member of the public intervened and was also sprayed in the face with an aerosol can by the man before he walked off.

He is described as being Caucasian in appearance with a chubby build and short scruffy beard. At the time he was wearing black shoes, a grey top, shorts and a brown hat with sunglasses.

Investigators have released CCTV of the suspect in a bid to identify him.
