Cold case profile: the unsolved murder of Julian Rapadas
Posted on 18/11/2019
Julian Rapadas was last seen at 7pm on 18 November 2008 in the Hendon Hotel carpark before disappearing without a trace.
He is suspected to have been murdered.
It is believed that the 23-year old was heading to the home of a Finks Motorcycle Club member. That person later took his own life.
Mr Rapadas was known to associate with people involved in criminal activities and is believed to have been murdered by an associate of the Finks MC in retaliation for his ‘perceived’ role in the murder of Karim Morrison in 2004.
Investigations have revealed that Mr Rapadas had no involvement in the death of Mr Morrison.
A reward of up to $200,000 is on offer to anyone who either provides information leading to the recovery of his remains or information leading to a conviction in the case.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or at www.crimestopperssa.com.au
